UPON ARISING
Medium orange, half grapefruit or 4 oz of fresh Juice (vegetable juice)
BREAKFAST
12 oz of yogurt or 2 eggs, only one slice of whole grain bread or toast or replace eggs with natural granola cereal. Brown rice or other whole grain
2 HOURS AFTER BREAKFAST
4 oz. of fresh fruit or fruit juice, celery or carrot sticks
LUNCH
8-12 oz. of meat, fish, poultry, cheese or eggs. Brown rice or other whole grain. Salst- large serving of lettuce or tomato. Vegetables if desired. Only one slice of whole grained bread or toast. Veal and lamb may also be eaten.
1 HOUR AFTER LUNCH
4 oz. of fresh juice, celery or carrot sticks
3 HOURS AFTER LUNCH
4 oz of yogurt
DINNER
Brown rice or other whole grain, vegetables liberal portion of meat, fish or poultry. Once slice of whole grain bread if desired
2 to 3 HOURS AFTER DINNER
4 oz yougurt or apple juice and protien powder
EVERY 2 HOURS UNTIL BEDTIME
4 oz. vegetable juice
ALLOWABLE VEGETABLES: (any green vegetables) Asparagus, avacado, beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, onions, peas, radishes, sauerkraut, squash, string beans, tomatoes, turnips, lettuce, spinich, or limas. Also small sweet potatoes.
