This section describes the policies and procedure for ordering at Natural Healing Now.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
The client/customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping address to ensure proper processing of all orders and timely delivery. In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, the carrier (FedEx, UPS) may charge a fee to research the correct address for delivery. In such a case, the client/customer agrees to reimburse Natural Healing Now for this additional fee.
ORDERING OPTIONS AND POLICIES
Natural Healing Now offers the following payment options for products offered on the site:
Credit Card
Our secure shopping system is powered by Roman Cart secure server. You can be sure that you are entering a secure server when you can see https in the address bar. In the corner of the window you will be able to see a padlock symbol. This is a sign that the site you are entering is secure. We accept only Visa or Mastercard at this time.
We are unable to supply goods or services, or place orders until full payment has been received. Damaged, faulty goods, or shortages must be reported within seven days of receiving the order. All products are covered by manufacturers warranties.
Order By Mail
For money orders, we prefer US Postal Money Orders. All other money orders and checks may require 10-14 days waiting period for funds to clear.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be gladly accepted. Please note that all duties, taxes, permits or licensing necessary to receive products, etc. imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. In addition, please check in advance to be sure your country will allow importation of nutritional supplements prior to ordering such items. Payment for international orders will be accepted in the two following manners:
Credit Cards
You can place your order using a credit card number online, via fax or by telephone. All credit card transactions will appears as charges assessed by NaturalHealingNow.com on your monthly credit card statement. The shopping cart is secure and uses SSL encryption.
The online shopping cart will automatically calculate the fee for shipping your order. In the event that you live in a remote location, an additional fee may be necessary to ensure delivery. If an extra fee is required, we will contact you and confirm the order before billing you.
Order By Mail
All international orders placed by mail must be accompanied by payment in US funds. This can be accomplished using international money orders in US funds or traveler's checks in US funds. Please note that all money orders and traveler's checks must be made out to Atlantic Nutrition Centers.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping charges apply to all orders. Additional shipping fees may be assessed for delivery to APO military addresses or for express delivery orders. International orders will incur additional charges for shipping according to weight and size. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, your total shipping fees should be calculated by the shopping cart automatically.
Natural Healing Now will ship orders throughout the world and continental United States using FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service at the discretion of Natural Healing Now. If you have special shipping needs, please e-mail info@naturalhealingnow.com to address these concerns. Additional shipping may be required for rushed orders in the United States. For all rushed orders, choose your shipping preference in the shopping to pay for express service.
RETURN POLICY
The return policy set forth is as follows:
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Items may be returned for a full refund less shiping fees in the US if returned unopened within 30 days from purchase. International shipping fees are not refundable. If products are damaged or non-functional, you must notify Natural Healing Now within 2 days of receiving damaged wares. Please contact us using the information below.
